Apparel Export Logistics & Shipping
Getting a finished order out of Pakistan correctly is a smaller part of the job than people assume — most shipment problems trace back to a decision made earlier (a missed production date, incomplete documentation) rather than the freight leg itself. Still, choosing the right shipping method and consolidation approach affects both cost and delivery timing meaningfully.
Sea Freight Vs Air Freight
Sea freight
Sea freight is the default for most bulk orders — lower cost per unit, and the right choice whenever the delivery timeline has reasonable room. Most container and part-container shipments move this way out of Karachi.
Air freight
Air freight makes sense for urgent runs, smaller orders where the cost premium is manageable relative to order value, or when a delayed production stage needs to be recovered on the shipping side to still hit a retail or launch date.
Consolidation For Smaller Orders
A 100 to 300-piece private label order rarely fills a container on its own. Consolidation — combining smaller shipments into shared freight — keeps per-unit shipping cost reasonable for exactly the order sizes covered under our Private Label & Low-MOQ program, without forcing a buyer to either overorder or absorb a full container’s shipping cost for a fraction of its capacity.
Documentation That Travels With The Shipment
Export paperwork — commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and the compliance documentation covered on the Compliance & Documentation page — is prepared alongside the shipment itself, not assembled after goods are already at port.
